Beads
I have decided to get back into jewelry making & using beads, etc., to decorate things. You know, when you just have so much of one thing - and how to use it up!!
The pictures below are: Double-strand, Beaded, Bangle-style bracelet; Lanyard, ID Tag Holder; Feaux pearl Necklace. And, my attempt at something really different for me!! I took one of my left over wall tiles, stamped an image I have on it, then, applied E-6000 glue to the areas I wanted to have beads on. A word to the not so wise, have a tray, or large box lid to work in - if not - beads, beads everywhere! After I was done with the glue & beads, I used 3-dimensional paint & Stickles to the other areas.

TRIALS & TRIBULATIONS OF GARDENING!!
About 1 year ago I bought an amaryllis plant. I did not plant it out side. Instead, I put it in a bright, window, facing east, and occassionally watered it!! Two months ago, I checked on it - it kind of looked dead - except that there was one lonely green leaf about 4 inches high sticking up!!! Oh my, I did not kill it!! Wonders will never cease!!
So, I trimmed back the dead foliage, watered it, stuck it back in the window - & virtually forgot about it!! That is, until, yesterday, when I started to clean that room. This is a room which is not often used!! I decided to check on the plant, & to my astonnishment, there 2 flowers blooming, and one more to come!!! I dedcided to bring it out of hiding & put it in my living room!! What joy it is bringing!!
